Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure both hygiene and customer satisfaction.
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
Product was damaged or leaked during shipping
You received a wrong item
Product is expired at the time of delivery
Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons like:
Change of mind
Dislike of flavor or taste
Opened or partially used products
You must raise your return or replacement request within:
⏳ 7 days of delivery
After 7 days, we cannot accept any requests due to product sensitivity and safety concerns.
To process your return or replacement smoothly, we require:
A clear unboxing video showing the damage or issue
Images of the outer packaging and product label
Your order ID and delivery details
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. If your Exchange/Replacement is approved the product will be delivered with 5-7 business days.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong item), return shipping is covered by us.
If the return is unauthorized or invalid, shipping charges are non-refundable.
